From Nigerian Markets to Your Kitchen

From Nigerian Markets to Your Kitchen

Every product we stock travels a careful, transparent journey — from trusted markets and farms in Nigeria to your doorstep in the UK. Here's exactly how it works.

Our Process

The Six-Step Journey

From sourcing in Nigerian markets to arriving at your door, every step is handled with care and attention.

1

Sourcing

We personally select products from trusted markets and small farms across Nigeria, choosing only the best of each harvest.

2

Quality Control & Packing

Every item is inspected, weighed and sealed. Spices are ground fresh; frozen goods are flash-frozen at peak freshness.

3

Import & Customs

Shipments are properly declared and cleared through UK customs, fully compliant with food import regulations.

4

UK Warehousing

Stock arrives at our Manchester unit, where dry goods are stored cool and dry, and frozen items are held at temperature.

5

Order Processing

Your order is picked, carefully packed with protective wrapping, and labelled for delivery.

6

Delivery / Pickup

Your parcel is dispatched via a tracked courier, or collected from our unit by arrangement. You receive it at your door.

Delivery

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across major UK cities and their surrounding towns. Not sure if we cover you? Just ask — we're expanding all the time.

Delivery fees vary by location and order size — we'll always confirm the cost before you pay.

Smaller orders carry a small delivery fee, and frozen items may include an insulated-packaging surcharge. We'll always be fully transparent about the total before you pay.

Quality & Freshness

How We Keep It Fresh

Authentic food is only worth it if it arrives in top condition. Here's how we protect flavour, aroma, and quality from our warehouse to your kitchen.

Cold-Chain Handling

Frozen and chilled items are kept at temperature from our warehouse through to dispatch. We use next-day or 24-hour courier services for all frozen orders, with ice packs and insulated packaging throughout.

Careful Quality Checks

Every batch is inspected on arrival at our Manchester unit. We check for freshness, correct weight, and packaging integrity before anything goes into stock — if it isn’t up to standard, it doesn’t go out.

Protective Packing

Glass bottles are wrapped and cushioned. Spices are sealed to preserve aroma. Frozen goods are packed with insulation and ice packs. Your order is built to survive the journey in perfect condition.

Small-Batch, Fast Turnover

We deliberately keep small batches and turn over stock quickly. Spices are ground fresh, oils are decanted from fresh supplies, and nothing sits on a shelf gathering dust. Freshness is a habit, not a slogan.
